Description

The aim of the thesis is to perform a statistical analysis of monthly variability in the number of road accidents and their consequences in the Czech Republic. The student will process available accident data, identify seasonal patterns, and evaluate statistically significant differences between months. Furthermore, relationships between accident frequency, severity of consequences, and selected factors such as traffic intensity, weather conditions, time of day, or road type will be examined. The results will be presented using appropriate tables and graphical visualizations and interpreted in terms of possible causes of the observed trends.
