In practice such situations occur, when relation between a response, expressed in percentages or propotions, and real covariates (like relation between soil composition and altitude) has to be analyzed. Aim of the bachelor thesis is to sum up the necessary theory using logratio methodology and apply it to examples using statistical software R.
