Machine learning methods with compositional data

Compositional data represent observations carrying relative information (e.g., percentages, proportions, concentrations) and their statistical processing using preferred logratio methodology requires expressing them in special coordinates. Aim of the diploma thesis is to explore effects of using the logratio methodology for compositional data processing using popular methods of machine learning.
