Comprehensive workflow for the analysis of omics data in Python

The aim of the thesis will be to develop a comprehensive workflow for the analysis of omics, especially metabolomic and lipidomic data in Python in collaboration with the Department of Clinical Biochemistry of the University Hospital Olomouc. Advanced methods of preprocessing and multivariate analysis will also be discussed in detail in the theoretical part of the thesis.
